Learn strategies on how to manage your time and prioritize, take notes and study effectively, feel less stressed and overwhelmed, increase motivation and productivity, etc.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hrs is given, there will be a $65 cancellation fee. If you do not give notice and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the session.
